How do I apply?

If you have been approved for services through the Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) of the Department of Human Services (DHS), you may contact Homelife directly or through your DDSD Case Manager to arrange for an interview. If you have not been approved for DDSD services, please visit their website at http://www.okdhs.org/ddsd for eligibility requirements and an application for services.
